2. Subscription and payment

The subscription fee is $19.99 per month, billed automatically. Payment is processed by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues through the end of the paid period.

3. Account

One account per user. The account holder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Sharing account access with others is not permitted.

Estimates produced by this software are generated based on user inputs and built-in pricing data. They are provided as a starting point for professional judgment. The accuracy of any estimate depends on the completeness and accuracy of information entered.

The service does not guarantee that any estimate will be accepted by a customer, cover all costs, or result in a profitable job. The user is responsible for reviewing all estimates before presenting them to customers.

The software, pricing database, and all associated content are the property of the service provider. Users retain ownership of the estimates and data they create.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, but no specific uptime is guaranteed. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

8. Limitation of liability

The service provider is not liable for any business losses, lost profits, or damages arising from use of the software or reliance on estimates generated by it. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the most recent billing month.
